Optional independent scope and price research request Reference: ProSwag / Fusion Brands proposal V31, November 5, 2026 This is a standalone research aid for someone who chooses an independent comparison. Use the V31 proposal to confirm the proposed work and terms. State the date of your research. First estimate comparable ways to deliver the outcomes below using current published evidence. Record your assumptions before comparing the seller's fees. Do not seek to justify or validate those fees. Full connected-workflow scope: - A staff mockup tool that places an uploaded customer logo onto supplied product photos, compares choices and saves the selected version. - Reusable catalog software using finished supplied images, accurate product information and supplied prices. The setup check uses a 20-entry example: create, save, reopen, reorder and revise the entries, then start another catalog using the same layout. Preparing supplied entries and creating new branded mockups are different work. - Public, read-only customer pages that show approved catalog content on a phone. Staff editing controls, internal notes and private contact details stay out of those pages. Customer accounts and restricted viewing require separate scope. - Agreed sample work, one combined revision round per agreed setup example, end-to-end checks, handover and instructions. Sample jobs, products, logo placements and layouts are selected and agreed before work starts. - ProSwag owns the delivered tools, source code and project data and hosts the agreed tools and pages in its own environment or accounts. Include the handover and correction terms in V31 when comparing quotes. For 30 days after handover, problems in the agreed tools are fixed at no extra charge, whether or not Joshua is hired for ongoing work. Problems caused by the team’s later code changes are excluded. Focused-trial scope: - A two-week package of useful deliverables and clear completion checks agreed in writing before starting. It can be one larger workflow or a combination of smaller deliverables, sized from realistic effort, usable materials and timely decisions. - The written trial package sets the sample work, products, revision allowance, included tools and completion checks. Its fixed fee covers those agreed results. Hours guide planning before agreement. Ask for the selected written scope before giving a firm comparable quote. Inputs and boundaries: - ProSwag supplies approved logos, usable product photos, accurate details and prices, suitable company AI access and one feedback owner. - New garment photography, AI garment-image production, final manufacturing artwork, ordering, payments, inventory sync, customer uploads, a full product rollout and private staff/customer sign-ins need separate scope. - Distinguish AI use by the developer or staff from automatic AI image generation inside the delivered tools. Company AI access and provider charges are separate from the project fee. - Separate the project work from ongoing hosting, company AI/provider charges and optional support. Use evidence for those recurring costs and state account ownership, billing period, usage assumptions and taxes. - The full project has an estimated 3–4-week plan. The focused trial has a two-week plan after the selected work, required materials and start date are agreed. Calendar windows are planning assumptions, not a salary period or a measured hour total. - Appendix hours are provisional planning estimates until the selected tasks are tested with actual materials. They do not establish market rates or measured savings from the starting code. Research and comparison: 1. Find relevant published scopes and prices from professional firms, freelancers and simpler manual, static or no-code alternatives. Explain which outcomes each can meet. 2. Cite direct sources and the date checked. Distinguish published hourly/listing prices, your modeled effort, and actual written quotes. A single listing is insufficient to establish a market price. 3. Give low/base/high estimates with scope, inputs, reuse assumptions, testing, revision and handover work. Identify evidence gaps and request code/material review where needed. 4. After making those independent estimates, compare the V31 fixed fees: $6,000 for the complete connected workflow and $2,500 for the selected focused trial. Compare equivalent deliverables and completion checks. The trial's full payment is due before work starts. The complete project uses its separate $3,000 start payment and $3,000 completion payment. 5. Report cheaper alternatives and any evidence that the proposal is higher, lower or comparable. Do not anchor modeled hours to the seller's fee, present an estimate as a binding quote, or promise time savings. Return a concise comparison with the scope each option delivers, independent price ranges, recurring costs, assumptions, uncertainty and source links.
